Nadezda is a Russia-born (1985) artist based in the Bay Area of California. She has contributed to creative projects across various genres – theatre, film, illustration and fine art. Influenced by an extensive background in theatrical performance, costume and character design, her artwork focuses on figure-based narrative, portraying the human emotion as an intimate window into the inner world of peculiar characters and creatures.
